GoldenKey Stays is led by the two of us — Reenu Vijayakumar and Supreeth Shreedhara— bringing together experience in strategic leadership and large-scale construction delivery.

Our move into short-stay accommodation was intentional. We both come from professional environments where structure, accountability, and clear communication are fundamental. That background shapes how we operate every property we lease.

Reenu’s career spans organisational development, service design, and operational strategy across government, property, transport, and education sectors. She has worked closely with senior stakeholders, led complex projects, and designed systems that improve how organisations function. Her strength lies in creating clarity — building processes that are organised, transparent, and easy to follow.

At GoldenKey Stays, Reenu oversees operational systems, partnerships with landlords and agents, and communication standards. Her focus is ensuring that expectations are clear and delivery remains consistent.

Supreeth brings nearly two decades of experience in construction and project management. He has managed residential subdivisions, luxury developments, mixed-use projects, apartment complexes, and hospitality builds across Australia and internationally. His work has required rigorous compliance oversight, council coordination, risk management, and strict quality control.

At GoldenKey Stays, he applies that same discipline to property standards, inspections, and maintenance oversight. His construction background ensures that properties are not only managed, but understood.

One focuses on structure, systems, and communication. The other brings practical construction knowledge and compliance expertise. Together, that balance allows us to approach short-stay operations with both strategy and hands-on awareness.
